The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nula Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
